GoBlastDesk is an email marketing and automation platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. You must only send emails to recipients who have opted in to receive communications from you.
You may not use GoBlastDesk to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any content that is illegal, abusive, or deceptive. Purchased or scraped email lists are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.
All emails sent through GoBlastDesk must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Our platform automatically injects unsubscribe links into every email. You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Our system automatically processes bounces and complaints to maintain list hygiene.
You must verify ownership of any sending domain through DNS record verification before sending emails. This ensures proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and protects deliverability for all users.
New domains are subject to automatic warm-up scheduling that gradually increases sending volume. Sending is automatically paused if bounce rates exceed 4% or spam complaint rates exceed 0.08%. These limits protect your sender reputation and the platform infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate excessive bounces or spam complaints, or otherwise abuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time.
GoBlastDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for email deliverability outcomes, domain reputation changes, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
