1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use our service, we collect the data you provide: contacts, email content, campaign configurations, and domain information.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the GoBlastDesk platform: sending emails on your behalf via Amazon SES, tracking delivery metrics (opens, clicks, bounces), managing your contacts, and providing analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Email sending and compliance

Emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). We automatically include unsubscribe links in all commercial emails as required by CAN-SPAM and GDPR. We process bounce notifications and spam complaints in real time and automatically unsubscribe contacts who hard-bounce or file complaints.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with encrypted credentials. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Recipients of emails sent through our platform can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Contact us at support@goblastdesk.com for any privacy-related requests.
